• A lack of timely arrival to scheduled appointments
  
• Frequent missing of scheduled appointments or deadlines without the decency of a courtesy call.
  

When you call this office at: 212 905 3400:

• You will receive a response the same business day and usually within 4 hours, if I am not already in the office to take your call. In the very worst case the following morning (if you call after normal business hours).
  
• When you make an appointment with me you will receive a prior confirmation call and on time arrival. If there is some unforeseen problem and I anticipate being any more than 15 minutes late, you will receive a call and be given the opportunity to reschedule.
  
• Deadlines are religion to me!!! If I commit to your deadline, I make your deadline. Period.
